Every single project starts with me getting to know you better.
I find out who you are, what you do, why you do it and who you do it for.
next, i start getting to know your customers.
Who are they? what do they care about? what don't they care about? What's going to make them buy into your brand?
If you've got existing content, i'll assess what you have already.
There's no point reworking copy that's already working. This way I can focus on the areas that do need a bit of love.
next, I'll start writing.
I'll use what I've learnt to craft copy that communicates what makes your brand different in a way that makes sense to your customers.
finally, if you need it, I'll create a tone of voice and language guide.
This will help you create new content in the future so you don't need to rely on me every time (although I'm always happy to help).
